As part of the realignment of the Don and regeneration of the Film Studio Precinct, RAW assisted in repositioning an existing pre-engineered long-span warehouse and renovating it as a film studio. The structure was doubled in size to house 3 studios with associated staff facilities. The construction was very cost-effective using a bold graphic pattern over a series of simple pre-engineered steel sheds.
