This installation for the Design Exchange represents the complex network that emerges from the network of air travel that provides primary flow of people, goods and information to and from Northern Canadian communities. The complex network of lines emerges from the mapping of flightpaths from nodes such as Yellowknife to the most remote communities. The resultant suspended fibres provide a surface and a canvas for projected light, reminiscent of the aurora borealis.
