Toronto Community Housing redeveloped the building to provide standard apartment units for independent seniors, with a strong focus on universal accessibility. Loading and parking areas were reorganized to introduce new landscaped and amenity spaces at grade. A portion of the ground floor was repurposed for tenant use by WoodGreen Community Services.
