Toronto Community Housing redeveloped the building to provide standard apartment units for independent seniors, with a strong focus on universal accessibility. The structure was stripped to its core and outfitted with new mechanical and electrical systems. Energy efficiency upgrades included a geothermal system, enhanced insulation, and high-performance windows to meet LEED Silver equivalency. Loading and parking areas were reorganized to introduce new landscaped and amenity spaces at grade. A portion of the ground floor was repurposed for tenant use by WoodGreen Community Services.
